<strong>01</strong> MILLENNIUM FUEL AND OIL SUPPLIES CC

MFOS is popularly known as Hakahana, is considered to be the first Millennium entity that instituted what is now known as the Millennium Group. MFOS operates a retail fuel outlet and distributes various petroleum products in Namibia. It owns a Service Station in Katutura – Hakahana Service Station, which also houses shops and doctors’ offices. 

02 MILLENNIUM POWER (PTY) LTD

Millennium Power (Pty) Ltd operates as the Millennium Group’s central entity that manages all energy related partnerships and operations.

Strategically placed at Hosea Hutako Airport, MBP owns and leases out a site that operates retail fuel outlet and distributes various petroleum products. 

<strong>03</strong> MILLENNIUM ENERGY (PTY) LTD

Millennium Energy foresees the expansion and rapid development of the Namibian energy sector in, amongst others, renewable energy, upstream oil, hydrogen, exploration and production and gas, Millennium Energy was established as a special purpose vehicle under which to explore and become involved in energy projects. One of the first projects undertaken by Millennium Energy was the distribution and supply to an electricity scheme in farming areas. Millennium Energy is thus ideally situated to undertake and/or partner up on a multitude of energy projects in Namibia. 

<strong>03</strong> MILLENNIUM OFFSHORE SERVICES (PTY) LTD

Millennium Offshore Services was established for a variety of purposes, including marine asset protection, storage optimization, international trade, and overall support for vessel operators to provide oil field support for oil and gas industries. 

<strong>06</strong> VALIDUS ENERGY (PTY) LTD

Validus Energy (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd (“Validus”) is an entity jointly owned by Vitol Energy (SA) (Pty) Ltd (individually, and when referring to the Vitol group of companies collectively, “Vitol”) and Millennium Power (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd (“Millennium”), whose main objective is importing and marketing of petroleum products in Namibia and inlands markets accessible from Namibia.

The company is Namibia registered and has its headquartered in Windhoek, Namibia. Using Millennium’s local expertise and reputation, and building on Vitol’s international experience and long-track record, Validus improves security of supply for the country and ultimately benefits the industry and end-users including the motorists by lowering pricing. Validus services wholesale customers in the Namibian market including supply to Vivo, a Vitol affiliated downstream distribution company with a material share in the Namibian market.

Other wholesalers include independents active in petroleum product distribution and marketing, mining and other industrial sectors that are important for the prosperity and growth of the country. To allow Validus to service its customers, it has entered into a long-term storage and throughput agreement with Namcor at their NOS terminal, Walvis Bay where Validus imports product from the international market and on sell to its intended customers against the prevailing wholesale price. 

<strong>03</strong> CENTRAL GAS NAMIBIA CC

Central Gas Namibia CC (CENGAS) is an LPG distribution company established in 2015. Wholly owned by Namibians, Central Gas Namibia CC (“CENGAS”) is an entity jointly owned by Central Gas Namibia CC and Millennium Power (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd (“Millennium”), whose main objective is Central Gas Namibia wishes to grow and employ Namibians as well as empower Namibians through sustainable growth in LPG sales and distribution. CENGAS has made a substantial investment through the acquisition of the LPG assets from Puma Energy Namibia and aims to re-invest into the Namibian economy through the local ownership, employment creation and broad- based economic empowerment of Namibians, beyond its directors or owners. With head office situated in Okahandja, Namibia. We have 47 employees across our locations and generated N$88million in sales for the last year.

The company’s LPG storage capacity is the largest in Namibia, with 704 500 Liters (373 tons LPG) through out the country. Our fleet of specialized trucks and dedicated team work to serve Namibia professionally without interruption. The vision of the company is to distribute and make LPG available to all Namibians through an innovative concept that is unique, and which will empower Namibians through the access to LPG as a clean fuel and available within the reach of every Namibian household.

CENGAS is a wholesaler and retailer of LPG;
CENGAS refills and sells LPG cylinders at various locations through its network of branches and distributors;
CENGAS provides a full service to companies and consumers;
CENGAS sells LPG accessories;
CENGAS does installations of LPG accessories;
CENGAS has the technical capability to provide its customers with professional installations and maintenance on LPG accessories.

The Millennium Group has commenced branching out in the mining sector under the name of Millennium Minerals (Pty) Ltd and is currently exploring opportunities, amongst others. Currently exploring uranium in association with

02 Namcot Diamonds (Pty) Ltd

NamCot Diamonds was set up in 2000 and has employed over 150 workers who have been trained by the company to cut and polish diamonds. The company is a trailblazer in the country’s diamond cutting and polishing industry, having established the second cutting and polishing factory after NamGem which was already in existence. A NDTC Sightholder dealing in the processing and distribution of diamonds and producing cut diamonds for export

Vaneli Foods CC is a Namibian, family owned and operated farming business that produces, packages and supplies FRESH PRODUCE. Vaneli Foods was founded on the 8th September 2018 by couple, Vanessa Kauta and Ndeli Ndaitwah.

Vaneli Foods was founded with the goal to produce and supply affordable, quality fresh produce for the enjoyment of the Namibian household, while at the same time creating job opportunities.

Vaneli Foods currently produces tomatoes and carrots, and currently employs 8 full time employees and up to four part-time employees.

Vaneli Foods slogan “it’s more than just a business, it’s a family farm” means that Vaneli Foods is owned and operated by a family, with a strong desire to hand down Vaneli Foods from one generation to another. By doing so Vaneli Foods will continue to contribute to Namibia for generations to come by continuing to contribute to food security and job creation.
