Kondjeni joined the MIH Group of companies 2002 at the tender age of 17; at the time taking up the position of company receptionist. Four years later, she was promoted to Personal Assistant to the MD, a position she held until 2012. Afterwards, she assumed the task and responsibility of assembling and subsequently managing MIH’s Human Resource Division, as the Human Resources Manager.

She has a National Diploma in Public Relations from than the Polytechnic of Namibia. She is also holding a Bachelor Degrees in Humans Resources Management, and is currently pursuing her Honours and will eventually obtain her Master’s Degree thereafter.

Having been with the company for over twenty years, Kondjeni has undeniably been a significant contributor to the growth of MIH. Ten years ago, she hoped to help implement and successfully foresee policies thatwillstrengthen the Group’s human capital. Today, it is evident that the set objectives she tirelessly worked hard for when she began in her capacity as head of HR, have indeed been successful and fruitful in building a strong and dedicated team.
